Two Brothers Paving Is Hiring
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team. Two Brothers Paving is an owner-operated paving company with over 20 years of experience. We are located in Ramsey, MN. Our work mainly consists of repairing and installing driveways. We provide additional services such as patching, apron maintenance, earthworks, sealcoating, concrete, and parking lot repair. We provide high-quality work in an environment that is hard-working, honest, and that feels like family. Read below to learn more about our available options and submit an application. Laborer
This position is geared towards maintaining a safe and efficient work site which provides support to the overall project. These responsibilities include but are not limited to; loading and unloading equipment, gathering materials, and following instructions from leadership. Additionally, the laborer will assist operators in their duties.
Starting pay is $20/hr.
Roller Operator
A rolling operator requires a sharp eye for small details. The roller operator position is imperative in providing a clean mat and a finished project we can take pride in. Because this position requires the operator to be the last person at the job site, a valid driver's license is required. Additionally, experience driving a truck and trailer hauling is preferred. Other responsibilities will be hand tamping and running a plate compactor. Responsible for greasing and maintaining equipment.
Starting pay is $25/hr.
Paver Operator
The paver operator must have great attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask. This position consists of operating the paver while simultaneously receiving mix and delegating tasks to ensure a desired mat is achieved. In addition to operating the paver, the operator will be responsible for greasing and maintaining the paver.
Starting pay is $25/hr.
Screed Operator
Responsible for proper drainage of job and levelness of the mat. Adjusting the screed accordingly during the paving process ensures a seamless mat. This position requires good communication skills as it works directly with the paver operator. Additionally, the screed operator will assist the paver operator in greasing and maintaining the paver.
Starting pay is $25/hr.
Dump Truck Driver
A CDL is required as well as passing an employee-provided drug test prior to employment. Our company requires our truck drivers to comply with all laws of the road. At Two Brothers Paving we pride ourselves on safety. Truck drivers must be vigilant of everyone on the job site as well as the surrounding area. This position receives instructions from the paver operator.
Starting pay is $25/hr.
Concrete Specialist
Experience required. Has the ability to form and pour concrete with the skill set of ordering and calculating correct yardage, spreading, screeding the concrete, floating the surface, edging the slab, groove in joints, and trowelling the surface or broom finishing. Experience with stamped concrete is appreciated. A concrete specialist ensures the finished product is both aesthetically pleasing as well as durable.
Starting pay is $20/hr.
Sealcoating Foreman
Responsible for completion and cleanliness of sealcoating jobs in addition to managing the sealcoating team. A valid driver’s license is required as well as completion of a DOT physical.
Starting pay is $20/hr.
Sealcoating Crew
Works with the sealcoating division. Follows directions from sealcoating foreman.
Starting pay $15/hr.
